Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist ensures that marketing initiatives move efficiently from plan to execution while bringing the Menarco brand to life through on-ground experience.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Head and Creatives Officer, this role supports marketing operations, event execution, and community engagement. It manages logistics, coordinates vendors, maintains systems, and serves as a frontliner in tenant, guest, and partner interactions.
This role bridges operations and experienceensuring that campaigns are delivered smoothly and that the brand is consistently experienced across spaces, events, and interactions.
Core Functions
- Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Project Delivery: Ensure 100% of assigned tasks and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
- Vendor Coordination: Secure quotations through procurement, coordinate suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of requirements
- Timeline Management: Maintain an updated marketing calendar and track project milestones
- Event & Activation Execution
- Event Delivery: Execute 100% of assigned events and activations within agreed timelines and requirements
- Logistics Coordination: Manage guest lists, RSVPs, ingress, setup, and teardown
- Experience Quality: Ensure smooth event flow and a positive guest experience
- Community & Relationship Engagement
- Frontline Engagement: Interact with tenants, guests, and partners in a professional and brand-aligned manner
- Relationship Building: Support ongoing engagement within the Menarco community
- Feedback Capture: Gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement
- Museum & Experience Support
- Tour Coordination: Ensure 100% of scheduled tours are properly coordinated and executed
- Operations Support: Assist in managing bookings, artist coordination, and visitor experience
- Cultural Engagement: Support activations and storytelling initiatives related to the museum
- Administrative & Systems Management
- System Accuracy: Maintain CRM, ensuring proper tagging and follow-ups for leads
- Budget Support: Assist in tracking budgets and processing invoices
- Inventory Control: Ensure availability of marketing materials, collaterals, and supplies
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 24 years of experience in marketing operations, events, community engagement, or administrative coordination
- Experience in:
- Event coordination and logistics
- Vendor and supplier management
- Customer-facing or community roles
- Administrative and operational support
