Job Description

Job Summary: Will source and recruit service providers/contractors for new RLC Residences businesses, to ensure the best client/customer service provision within the business unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recruit service providers for the new businesses of RLC Residences.

2. Develop and implement programs to retain service providers and to ensure the quality of service provided.

3. Implement business reviews across service providers to help improve and strengthen partnership.

4. Manage and negotiate contracts with service providers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree graduate (Management/Business/ Communications or any related field)

2. Has skills in negotiation, account management, and presentation

3. With at least 2 years relevant work experience (in account/partnership management)

4. Is sociable, collaborative, influential, and has a strategic mindset

5. Is willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
