Job Description

Responsible for enabling and managing a portfolio of indirect sales partners (Business Partners, Vendor Partner and CMG-Store Partner). This role acts as the bridge between Globe Business and external partners to drive revenue acquisition growth and expand the channel's reach and transform the partners into an effective and profitable extension of the internal sales force.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner Accreditation

    • Oversee the full accreditation process of potential Business Partners from the submission of requirements and compliances up to the Contract Signing.

  • Partner Onboarding and Training

    • Onboard and enable new business partners, ensuring they have the necessary training and product knowledge and business tools for selling.

    • Ensures quarterly checkpoints and refresher training sessions are conducted to keep the partners up to date.

  • Operations & Compliance

    • Serve as the main point of contact for partners addressing operational and support issues.

    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to track their performance based on business partner's scorecard, partner's health and tier status.

    • Offboard partners that are not qualified to continue with the partnership due to non-compliance to standards and commitments

    • Ensure adherence to channel conflict guidelines and processes processes to protect partner opportunities.

    • Ensures timely commission payout of the Business Partners and timely processing of the incentive programs of the vendor partners

  • Collaboration

    • Liaise with internal Sales, Channel Partnership & Development, Product, Operations and Legal teams to secure resources and support for execution of partner initiative programs
