Your Role And Responsibilities
As Package Consultant for SAP Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance processes within SAP Plant Maintenance module. This role works closely with business users to translate maintenance requirements into effective SAP solutions while ensuring smooth integration with related modules and providing ongoing support for operations. The ideal candidate has strong SAP PM expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience driving endtoend maintenance process improvements.
- SAP PM Design and Configuration: Design and configure preventive and predictive maintenance processes, including maintenance plans, task lists, strategies, scheduling parameters, equipment master data, functional locations, notifications, and work orders.
- Business Process Mapping and Optimization: Collaborate with business users to define maintenance strategies, optimize preventive maintenance cycles, and ensure business requirements are accurately mapped into SAP PM functionality.
- Integration and CrossModule Support: Support seamless integration between SAP PM and related modules such as MM, QM, PP, and FI/CO to ensure endtoend process alignment.
- Testing, Data Management, and Documentation: Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution; support master data cleansing, migration, and validation for equipment, task lists, and BoMs; and prepare detailed documentation for PM processes.
- Training, Support, and Enhancements: Train end users on SAP PM transactions and preventive maintenance processes, provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and participate in blueprinting and functional specification development with ABAP teams.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP PM Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP PM with deep knowledge of preventive maintenance, including maintenance plans, task lists, strategies, maintenance cycles, scheduling parameters, counters, and conditionbased maintenance.
- Experience & Implementation Background: handson involvement in at least one full lifecycle implementation with preventive maintenance configuration and support/enhancement project experience.
- Maintenance Processes & Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of equipment hierarchies, functional locations, notifications, work orders, and industry maintenance best practices such as reliabilitycentered maintenance. Experience in industries like manufacturing, utilities, oil and gas, or transportation is preferred.
- CrossModule Integration & Technical Skills: Basic understanding of integration with MM, QM, PP, and FI/CO, along with the ability to write functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Analytical, ProblemSolving, and Communication: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to train users and communicate clearly across business and technical teams.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- SAP S/4HANA Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating SAP S/4HANA EAM applications with other SAP modules and third-party systems to provide seamless data exchange and optimized business processes.
- Advanced EAM Configuration: Experience in advanced configuration of SAP S/4HANA EAM applications, including customizing workflows, creating custom reports, and setting up data analytics to meet complex client requirements.
- Industry-Specific EAM Solutions: Experience with designing and implementing industry-specific EAM solutions using SAP S/4HANA, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or utilities, to address unique business challenges and regulatory requirements.
