We&aposre looking for a skilled, creative, and fast-moving TikTok Video Editor to join our team and help us create engaging, scroll-stopping content that converts. You&aposll take one piece of raw footage and transform it into 35 unique videos optimized for TikTok and other short-form platforms.
If you&aposre fluent in TikTok editing trends, can move quickly without sacrificing quality, and know how to craft content that sells without feeling salesy, we&aposd love to work with you.
What You&aposll Do
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts) from single pieces of footage into multiple variations.
- Add captions, hooks, trending sounds, text overlays, transitions, and other TikTok-native elements.
- Repurpose existing content into new creative angles for testing and engagement.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, editing styles, and viral content strategies.
- Work closely with our marketing team to deliver content that aligns with brand voice and converts viewers into customers.
What We&aposre Looking For
- Proven experience editing TikTok or Reels-style content (please share portfolio or examples).
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality,turning around edits quickly and efficiently.
- Strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention.
- Familiarity with e-commerce / DTC content (bonus if you&aposve worked with physical product brands).
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Organized, proactive, and communicative.
Bonus Points If You..
- Have experience creating content for brands selling hard goods or consumer products.
- Understand how to optimize creative for ad performance as well as organic reach.
- Can contribute creative ideas for how to re-cut or re-position content.
