What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage and execute the company's recruiting process.

This role is responsible for running day-to-day hiring activities, maintaining structured candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews with department leaders, and ensuring open roles move efficiently from sourcing through offer acceptance.

The position combines hands-on recruiting execution with ownership of the hiring process, working closely with department leads to identify, evaluate, and hire strong candidates across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Source & Pipeline Build: Proactively find, headhunt, and attract top-tier talent across departments using proven hiring methodologies
  • Screening & First-Touch Calls: Conduct structured interviews that assess capability, culture fit, motivation, and alignment, giving candidates a clear, professional, and positive first experience with the company
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews end-to-end, from scheduling to communication, making sure every stage flows smoothly and candidates move through the process with speed and clarity
  • Assessment & Scorecarding: Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent, fair, and high-quality assessments
  • Offer Management & Closing: Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations professionally, and maintain strong close rates by building trust and communicating with precision
  • Onboarding Ownership: Lead new hires from Day 1, ensuring expectations are clear, resources are ready, and every new team member is set up for early success
  • Candidate Experience & Communication: Maintain detailed notes, track every candidate touchpoint, and uphold a standard of communication that leaves candidates feeling respected and well-informed
  • System Building & Process Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring systems, interview structures, onboarding workflows, and reporting processes to continuously improve speed and hiring quality
  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and pipeline health
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability so the company remains competitive and attracts the right people
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and the Managing Director to understand role needs, refine job posts, and ensure each hire supports the company's long-term growth plans

Requirements

  • Experienced Recruiter: You bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and have hired across multiple functions. You know what great talent looks like and how to attract it
  • (Strong Preference) Online Marketing / Education Experience: You've worked in fast-moving online businesses - ideally in marketing, coaching, or education, and understand the pace, talent profiles, and standards required to hire effectively in this environment
  • Technically Equipped: You're comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and work confidently inside ATS systems like Workable, and are familiar with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews
  • Fluent Communicator: You speak and write with clarity, professionalism, and confidence, and you represent the company with a polished, candidate-friendly presence
  • Process-Driven & Organized: You keep pipelines clean, notes detailed, scorecards consistent, and candidates moving with speed and precision
  • Independent Operator: You don't need hand-holding. You take full ownership of the talent acquisition function and consistently raise the bar without being followed up on
  • Coachable & Growth-Oriented: You respond well to feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes, and overall hiring performance
  • High Standards: You expect excellence from yourself and others. You believe in hiring only A-players and understand the impact each hire has on the company

  • Work from Anywhere: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you feel most productive
  • Flexible Hours: Structure your workday in a way that fits your life while still meeting company needs
  • Ongoing Growth: Access to ongoing training, resources, and development opportunities to sharpen your recruiting, systems, and operational skills, with the potential to scale into a full-time role as hiring volume increases
  • Ownership & Impact: You won't just fill roles - you'll build a world-class hiring system from the ground up. Your decisions directly shape the team, culture, and long-term growth of the company
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director and department leads, influencing key hiring decisions and helping define the standard for who gets to join the company
