As a Part-Time Ads Manager, you will be the driving force behind our paid advertising performance on Meta and TikTok. Youll manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to reach more nail salons and beauty supply stores across the U.S., improve our ROAS, and help scale a growing professional nail brand.
Role Overview:
The client is a professional nail product brand serving licensed manicurists, nail salons, and beauty supply stores in the United States. They sell high-quality gel nail products and require expert-level paid advertising management to grow our B2B and B2C customer base.
This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires someone who thrives on data, understands e-commerce advertising, and can independently manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as the primary platform and TikTok as the secondary growth channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns as the primary platform, ensuring proper structure, targeting, and best practices.
- Build and grow TikTok ad campaigns to expand brand reach and convert existing organic TikTok engagement into paid performance.
- Manage and allocate Meta ad budgets efficiently across Meta and TikTok (approximately $2,500/month) to maximize return on ad spend.
Performance Optimization & Testing
- Conduct regular A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize performance.
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all ads are mobile-optimized to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Audience Strategy
- Develop and implement targeted audience strategies focused on U.S.-based nail salons and beauty supply stores.
- Refine audience segments based on performance data and testing insights.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram campaigns); TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
- Proven track record of improving ROAS for e-commerce or product-based brands
- Experience with B2B-targeted advertising or niche product markets
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversions API); familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience advertising beauty, wellness, or professional/salon industry brands
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience targeting professional or licensed buyer demographics (e.g., licensed manicurists, salon owners)
- Knowledge of retargeting strategies, funnel-based campaign structures, and TikTok-specific ad formats (In-Feed, Spark Ads, TopView)
