Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and database management. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently
- Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses
- Maintain and update databases with accuracy
- Prepare, organize, and update reports using Excel
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level, Mailchimp, Asana)
