We are looking for a Paraplanning Administrator who can help our team deliver satisfying results to our clients.
As a Paraplanning Administrator, Your Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with the Technical Advice Manager and/or Team Leader to optimize paraplanning team operations and workflow efficiency.
- Collect and organize data from third-party providers, including superannuation, investment, and insurance information.
- Input and maintain accurate client data within financial planning systems before and after advice document generation (Review/ SOA/ ROA).
- Manage and complete administrative compliance tasks, such as processing waivers, ongoing fee arrangements, and other essential documentation.
- Actively participate in and contribute to process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and support other team functions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, Banking and Finance, and Economics or any equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in the financial planning industry is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and industry regulations is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Dedication to process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
