Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Contracts Specialist to support the review and management of international contracts. The ideal candidate should have a legal background and experience in contract review, agreement execution, and obligations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze international contracts and agreements
- Assist in contract execution and ensure obligations are properly tracked and managed
- Maintain contract databases and monitoring tools for contract lifecycle tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding contract requirements and deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documentation
Qualifications:
- Preferably with legal education (college graduate or underbar)
- At least 1 year of experience reviewing international contracts
- Experience in agreement execution and obligations management
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is an advantage but not required
- Willing to go 2-3 times onsite in a week, shifting schedule
