Qualifications
- A college degree holder
- Willing to work full-time as a paralegal
- With basic knowledge of contract drafting and document review
- With Registry of Deeds and notarial experience would be a definite advantage
- Willing to liaise with government offices, clients, etc.
- Excellent eye for details and willing to learn.
- Willing to work in Makati and do fieldworks
- Can start asap
Key Deliverables
- Provides assistance to the General Counsel/ OIC and Legal Counsel
- Coordinate with external counsel and their staff and attend meetings with lawyers
- Ensure that private and sensitive information is used, handled, documented, and disposed appropriately
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents in the database
- Create templates, if applicable
- Handles requests from other departments for documentation
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records and ensure they are up to date
- Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
