About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegal to become the company's primary resource for commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance. This role will support a fast-growing technology business by preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements while helping the organization navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
One of the first major initiatives for this position will be reviewing and updating the company's existing buying agreements to ensure compliance with recent regulatory changes, including California SB37 and Colorado SB26.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience drafting complex commercial contracts, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable partnering with executive leadership and outside counsel to support strategic business initiatives.
