Compliance Sr. specialist |Fund/Investment & Paralegal

Specific Job title/Position: Senior Legal Compliance Specialist

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in acocunting or any related field
• Willing to work ON-SITE in Pasay: Hybrid (2x-4x a month RTO)
• Must be willing to work on a Night Shift (8pm-5am)
• At least 5+ years in private equity, credit, or alternative asset management (IR, Legal, Fund Ops, or Compliance).
• Experience in handling Side Letter Compliance
• Legal or Paralegal Experience
• Regulatory Reporting
• Direct experience managing LP side letters, fund documentation, or LP compliance obligations
• Strong working knowledge of common side letter provisions across PE and credit strategies (MFN, co-invest rights, fee terms, reporting, regulatory provisions)
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing technology implementation projects in a financial services context
• Advantage:
• Ontra Insight Proficiency prior experience using or configuring the Ontra Insight platform.
• Exposure to ERISA, FOIA, and/or ESG-related LP provisions
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
