Specific Job title/Position: Senior Legal Compliance Specialist
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in acocunting or any related field
- Willing to work ON-SITE in Pasay: Hybrid (2x-4x a month RTO)
- Must be willing to work on a Night Shift (8pm-5am)
- At least 5+ years in private equity, credit, or alternative asset management (IR, Legal, Fund Ops, or Compliance).
- Experience in handling Side Letter Compliance
- Legal or Paralegal Experience
- Regulatory Reporting
- Direct experience managing LP side letters, fund documentation, or LP compliance obligations
- Strong working knowledge of common side letter provisions across PE and credit strategies (MFN, co-invest rights, fee terms, reporting, regulatory provisions)
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing technology implementation projects in a financial services context
- Advantage:
- Ontra Insight Proficiency prior experience using or configuring the Ontra Insight platform.
- Exposure to ERISA, FOIA, and/or ESG-related LP provisions
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
- Can Start ASAP
