Paid Social Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build campaigns from the ground up, including structure, audiences, placements, budgets, and optimization events
• Trial and establish campaign architectures that drive optimal testing capability, and scaling capability for winning concepts.
• Monitor daily performance and make proactive optimizations to budgets, bids, ads, audiences, and targeting - ensuring maximum performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and Meta + TikTok's advertising platforms to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
• Identify opportunities like a pro and implement strategies to scale spend profitably.
• Manage pacing to ensure monthly budgets are met efficiently inline with CAC and aMER guardrails. Report weekly and monthly on actions, learnings and next steps.
• Work closely with our Creative Strategist to identify creative opportunities and red flags.

Skills & Experience

• 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Meta ads management: You know how to build ads and optimize account performance and have a track record of managing an annual Facebook budget of over $500k and achieving positive KPIs.
• TikTok ads management: You know how to enter new markets via TikTok, with an ability to identify creative optimization opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, make strategic recommendations, and apply optimizations to ad accounts to improve performance daily.
• Health passion: You're genuinely passionate about health and nutritionit's in your DNA.
• Collaboration: Teamwork is your jamyou'll collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing Manager, creative team & ecommerce team.
