Role Description

We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist for a full-time on-site role located in Makati. The Paid Media Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include media planning and strategy, analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will keep up with the ever-evolving digital landscape to ensure strategy alignment and effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Media Planning and Media Strategy to create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns
• Proficiency in Digital Strategy, including identifying digital trends and implementing tactics for campaign success
• Experience in Marketing to effectively align campaigns with brand goals and audience targeting
• Skills in Web Analytics for monitoring and interpreting data to measure performance and maximize ROI
• Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills for working closely with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with paid media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
