Your Mission
Drive and execute growth initiatives for Menu Tiger, a restaurant technology platform that helps food businesses improve ordering, customer experience, and daily operations.
You will be responsible for executing growth strategies that drive awareness, qualified lead generation, trial signups, demo bookings, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on growth marketer who is comfortable managing campaigns directly, optimizing funnels, and using data to drive measurable results.
You should understand how business owners make decisions and be able to translate product value into compelling campaigns that convert.
You will work across paid media, SEO, digital acquisition, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, and retargeting. You should be comfortable testing campaigns, improving funnel performance, and identifying the most effective ways to attract and convert customers such as cafés, bars, full-service restaurants, and multi-location businesses.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, performance-focused, proactive, analytical, and highly driven, with a clear understanding of what it takes to grow a technology product in a competitive market.
What You'll Do
1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing (Core Focus): Own and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns
- Improve performance through targeting, creatives, bidding, and budget allocation
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and conversions
- Test and scale new audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies
- Ensure paid campaigns are directly tied to lead generation and revenue goals
2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Drive qualified pipeline, trial signups, and demo bookings.
- Build and execute acquisition campaigns that attract high-intent customers
- Improve both lead quality and volume
- Optimize campaigns to increase customer acquisition and conversion
- Align campaigns with business goals and target audience needs
3. Funnel Optimization and Conversion Growth: Improve the full customer journey from first touchpoint to paying customer.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize conversion at each stage
- Improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys
- Optimize lead-to-demo and trial-to-paid conversion rates
- Work closely with internal teams to improve overall funnel performance
4. SEO, Organic Growth & Website Performance: Support organic growth and inbound lead generation.
- Identify keyword opportunities based on search intent and customer behavior
- Optimize website content, structure, and landing pages
- Improve organic traffic quality and contribution to leads
- Monitor performance and continuously improve SEO initiatives
5. Retargeting, Email and Lifecycle Growth: Improve conversion through remarketing and nurture strategies.
- Build and optimize retargeting campaigns across platforms
- Support email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Improve engagement and conversion of high-intent users
- Continuously test messaging, timing, and targeting
6. Restaurant Market Insights & Positioning
- Develop a strong understanding of restaurant industry pain points, customer behavior, and decision-making factors.
- Use market insight, competitor analysis, and campaign data to strengthen positioning and improve growth strategy.
- Build messaging that resonates with restaurant owners and operators by clearly addressing operational needs and business value.
- Position Menu Tiger as a practical and high-value solution for restaurant ordering, customer experience, and daily operations.
- Identify market opportunities that can help expand adoption across relevant restaurant segments.
7. Landing Pages, Campaign Messaging & Offers: Ensure strong alignment between ads, messaging, and conversion points.
- Create and optimize landing pages for acquisition campaigns
- Develop clear messaging, offers, and calls-to-action
- Ensure consistency across ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Test and improve campaign performance through experimentation
8. Analytics, Reporting and Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and improve growth performance.
- Monitor key metrics:
- Leads, demo bookings, conversion rates
- CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
- Use data to identify gaps and improve performance
- Run experiments and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Ensure growth initiatives are measurable and results-driven
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creatives
- Align campaigns with business priorities
- Ensure strong execution and follow-through
- Contribute both strategically and operationally, with a focus on execution
What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing: Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads
- Proven ability to: generate leads and improve conversion rates
- Scale campaigns based on performance
- Experience optimizing: funnels (ad → landing page → conversion), CAC, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience marketing to: SMBs, local businesses, or service-based industries (restaurant experience is a strong plus)
- Experience in: SaaS, tech, or digital products
- Exposure to: US market campaigns
- Familiarity with: CRM, analytics, and marketing tools
