Position Overview
The Paid Media Specialistis responsible fordriving qualified demand throughperformancemarketing andsearch-driven acquisition.This role focuses on high-intent acquisition channelsincluding paid search, SEO, and recruitment platforms, and is accountable for improving lead volume, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
This is adata-drive,performance-first role.The ideal candidate can translate business goals into clear channel strategies, analyze performance, and make decisive optimization actions.
KeyResponsibilities
- Demand Generation&ChannelStrategy
- Own strategyand performance for high-intent acquisition channels (Google Search,Indeed,and programmatic where applicable)
- Identifygrowth opportunities across markets, services, and audience segments.
- Define campaign KPIs, forecasts, and performance benchmarks.
- SEO Strategy & Organic Demand
- Own SEO as a lead generation channel, focusing on high-intent and local search queries.
- Identifyand prioritize keywords aligned with services and market demand.
- Define SEO priorities based on conversion potential, not justtraffic.
- Partner with internal teams or vendors to improve rankings, visibility, and organic lead flow.
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze and improve the full funnel (clicks to qualified inquiry)
- Provide clear recommendations on landing pages, messaging, and user experience.
- Drive testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis & Decision-Making
- Work closely with data analysis to interpret performance data cross channels and locations
- Translate insights into actions: scale, pause, oroptimizecampaigns
- Continuously evaluate budget allocation based on performance.
- Market & Investment Prioritization
- Identifyhigh-performing and underperforming markets.
- Recommend where tofocus oninvestment and where to reducespending
Requirement
- 4-6+ years of experience in performance, digital, or growth marketing
- Proven experience with paid search and/or high-intent acquisition channels
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (especially local or service-based SEO)
- Experience working with analytics tools (GA4, CRM, equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and improve conversion performance
- Must be willing to work fully on-site for the first month, then transition to a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 2 days work from home).

- Experience limited to social media or content marketing
- Cannot explain how they improved lead generation or conversion performance
- No exposure to SEO or search-driven acquisition
