• Full time, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday
• Fully remote (Philippines)
• 1,800 to 2,200 AUD per month, based on skill level

About the role
We are hiring a remote Paid Media Specialist, based in the Philippines, who can do two things exceptionally well: run paid campaigns on-platform across Meta and Google, and work natively inside an AI system. This is a hands-on technical role. You will look after a database of client ad accounts and run campaigns through Bleo's central AI platform, which sits at the heart of how we plan, launch and report on work.
What you will do
• Build campaigns from scratch across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (audiences, ad sets and ad groups, creative, budgets, bidding)
• Execute, monitor and optimise live campaigns against performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking end to end: Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4
• Diagnose and fix tracking issues when they arise
• Keep a clean, well-organised database of client ad accounts
• Operate within Bleo's central AI platform, using AI to work faster while applying your own judgement
• Produce clear performance reporting with insights and recommendations, not just numbers
What we are looking for
• Proven hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (essential)
• Demonstrated experience setting up campaigns from scratch across both platforms
• Demonstrated experience executing, monitoring and optimising campaigns against targets
• Demonstrated experience setting up conversion tracking (GTM, pixels and tags, platform conversion tracking)
• Comfortable reading performance data and making decisions from it
• Genuinely AI-capable: comfortable using AI tools daily and confident learning a proprietary AI platform
• Strong written and verbal English
• Reliable remote setup: stable internet, a capable computer, and a quiet space to work AEST hours
Nice to have
• GA4 and Looker Studio reporting
• Advanced Google Tag Manager (custom events, server-side tagging)
• TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid platforms
• A CRM such as Zoho, or a platform like GoHighLevel
• Agency experience across multiple clients
Our hiring process
We run a straightforward three-stage process:
• Stage 1: Screener. A short set of questions on our application page (about 10 to 15 minutes). Strong answers move forward.
• Stage 2: Practical task. A hands-on task (about 60 to 90 minutes) covering a campaign build, an optimisation audit, and a tracking setup. You are welcome to use AI tools throughout.
• Stage 3: Interview. A live video interview and walkthrough of your work.
