The Role

We're seeking a Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is designed for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

You'll play a key role in managing and improving paid digital advertising across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified leads and measurable results. The specialist will assist with campaign execution, monitor performance, test audiences and creative, and identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.

In addition to paid media, this role supports social media content management and CRM-driven marketing initiatives such as email campaigns.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with marketing data, and enjoys improving campaign performance through testing and optimization.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
  • Experience managing or supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video content
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Education:
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing, including experience managing or supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook is required, along with experience creating or editing short-form video content. Candidates should have a strong understanding of key marketing metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS, as well as familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are also required.

Responsibilities

Paid Digital Advertising (Primary Focus)

  • Support the planning, launch, and management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
  • Assist with audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative testing
  • Track performance and maintain campaign reporting dashboards
  • Coordinate ad creative including copy, graphics, and landing page alignment
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing and optimization

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social media and advertising
  • Coordinate graphics, captions, and video content that support organic and paid marketing
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content based on performance

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Support email campaigns and automated nurture sequences
  • Assist with promotional emails and customer follow-up campaigns
  • Maintain CRM lists and track email campaign performance

Marketing Analytics & Operations

  • Track marketing performance using analytics tools and reporting dashboards
  • Compile performance insights to support campaign optimization
  • Maintain organized marketing documentation, campaign assets, and workflows
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives using project management tools
