Delivery Operation- Assist in handling spare parts with the utmost care during loading and unloading whenever necessary. Ensure that damages due to mishandling are prevented.
Assist in receiving parts from other OZ's and ensure accuracy of the content of delivery receipts or transfer slips by physically counting and checking the same. It includes returned items and batteries.- As maybe assigned from time-to-time member shall assist in the delivery of rush orders and urgent errand services related to WPD operation.
Using DR and invoice as reference documents check and pull out spare parts from areas.- Assists Parts Checker in filling and stacking spare parts before checking.
Check and inspect packaging of spare parts and ensure that all are properly labelled and with corresponding sticker.
- Attaching QS stickers to Koyo bearing and disc pad whenever needed.
Request all packaging materials needed like carton boxes, packaging tape and straps and ensure that inventory label is maintained to avoid running out of packaging materials.- Pack all provincial orders and ensure that such complies to standard packaging set by the Company.
Label all carton boxes according to customer name indicating weight, customer name and address.
- Ensure correctness of label in every carton boxes.
Master WPD products and it's corresponding bin location.
- Ensure that all significant information related to WPD operation are handled with the utmost confidentiality such as binning kist, binning list returns, stock adjustment report, bin transfer records, receiving report records, product list and other related files and records.
Consistently monitor and implement 5S.- Other duties may be aswsign from time-to-time.
At least high school graduate/ vocational two years graduate.- With a minimum of two years relevant experience as a packer and checker.
Preferably know how to drive vehicles.
- With background and experience in inventory.
Knowledgeable in warehouse activities- Willing to be assigned in
Santa Cruz, Manila*.
