We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Packer / Order Packer to support our fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for accurately packing items, ensuring product quality, and preparing orders for safe and timely shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and have correct barcodes or reference numbers
- Verify item quantities against the system records to ensure order completeness before packing
- Pack items securely based on company standards and shipping requirements
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, etc.)
- Operate packing tools such as tape dispensers, cutters, and wrapping materials
- Attach the correct waybill/label and properly seal parcels for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily packing targets
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, lift items, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and labeling
- Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members
- Basic computer knowledge for order systems and waybill printing
- Safety-conscious when handling equipment and materials
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons
