Position Purpose
To manage the Printed Materials Artwork Process and Execution for the whole Pharmaceuticals business in ANZ, AFRICA and AMENA.
- To ensure timely implementation of all new and changed artworks into the Markets, working closing with Supply Planning, Marketing, QA, Regulatory and external partners EMOs and Art-house.
- Lead the end to end packaging activities from Health Authority submission to market launch
- To ensure all quality requirements are met during the design, review and implementation
- To manage the relationship with the Art-house to support the program, ensure cost containment and accuracy of billing.
- To Manage the Printed Materials Library Artwork files, Shade cards and other supporting materials
- To develop Tracker to view of all artwork changes, prioritise activity with Internal and external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- University qualifications Bachelor level in Marketing, Supply Chain or Business mandatory plus a minimum of Three years in a Artwork or Supply Planning role.
- Communication must have the ability to communicate widely within and outside the business
- Analytical Skills must have the ability to analyse artwork and make recommendations
- Negotiation Skills must have the ability to negotiate well with suppliers and customers
- Able to design and manage processes.
- Able to communicate to key audiences
- Able to engage internally and externally and across cultures
Key Accountabilities
Planning and execution
- Receive artwork change requests via Change Controls process
- Prepare execution plan in conjunction with Supply Planning based on requested implementation dates.
- Coordinate all changes with Art-House
- Coordinate the input from all stakeholders
- Coordinate all internal approvals
Stakeholder Management
- ART-HOUSE - Manage timely delivery of artwork and track and manage costs, recommend opportunities for improvement
- Seek feedback from internal Customers Marketing, QA, Regulatory and Supply Chain to support continuous improvement
- Seek Feedback from CMOs for continuous improvement
NPI and Change Management
- Support new production introductions as per assignment portfolio, fitting artwork change execution into Supply Plans and communicating with EMO/Vendor as per project plan.
- Support product changes to ensure the Right Products are being delivered to the right markets. Advise QA / Business of any risks and deviation to plan
- Provide input into Packaging artwork development
Processes
- Identify, develop and implement best practice policies, procedures and systems for Printed Materials and artwork development. Continuous improvement to ensure on time delivery of the Right Products (Compliance)
- Engage the organisation to support the process
- Learn and manage Artwork Management via Veeva software system.
