Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Document processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Automation Anywhere. - Strong understanding of robotic process automation principles and best practices. - Experience with integrating Automation Anywhere with other applications and systems. - Familiarity with scripting languages to enhance automation capabilities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automation Anywhere. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
