Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and the use of standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms are integral to aligning solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged and Software as a Service environments. - Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration techniques. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms to enhance solution delivery. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while maintaining performance and stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - This position is based at our Manila office.
