Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency within the application environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal application functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and continuity. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches to ensure minimal disruption. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve application processes and enhance user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing cloud-based human capital management solutions. - Experience with integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to streamline application development and deployment. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement effective troubleshooting strategies. - Excellent understanding of release management and version control within cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
