Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the stability and performance of systems. Collaboration with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency is a key part of your daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates. - Assist in the testing and deployment of new releases to ensure seamless integration. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve application processes and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other systems. - Ability to utilize low-code platforms for efficient application development and modification. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within ServiceNow environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
