Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to optimize performance. Collaboration with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective and compatible solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches to ensure minimal disruption. - Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve application efficiency and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Technology Cloud Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application deployment and integration techniques. - Experience with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms. - Knowledge of system performance monitoring and troubleshooting methodologies. - Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable cloud architecture solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Technology Cloud Architecture. - This position is based at our Manila office.
