Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure clarity and alignment. - Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Technology Cloud Architecture. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and architecture principles related to Oracle technologies. - Experience with integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality. - Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Strong understanding of security best practices within cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Technology Cloud Architecture. - This position is based at our Manila office.
