Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency within the application environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support team learning. - Assist in the testing and deployment of new releases to ensure seamless integration. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve application processes and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in nCino Bank Operating System. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged and Software as a Service environments. - Experience with integration using standard tools and application programming interfaces. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to develop and adapt solutions efficiently. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and scalability. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in nCino Bank Operating System. - This position is based at our Manila office.
