Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces to maintain seamless integration and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective application configurations. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding updates and releases. - Continuously evaluate new features and updates to recommend improvements that enhance user experience and system efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration capabilities. - Experience with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Ability to analyze system behavior and implement configurations that support business processes effectively. - Familiarity with release management practices and ensuring system stability during updates. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
