Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms and tools. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met effectively. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and promote a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong knowledge of integration patterns and experience in designing scalable integration solutions. - Familiarity with API management and development using low-code platforms. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues to maintain system reliability. - Ability to work with cloud-based services and understand their impact on application performance. - Good understanding of security best practices in integration and data exchange. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
