Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. - Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration capabilities. - Experience with configuring and customizing Software as a Service applications using standard tools and application programming interfaces. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to develop and adapt application features efficiently. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability and performance. - Excellent knowledge of release management processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
