Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to ensure they meet evolving business requirements. Your work involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. You will collaborate with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches to minimize disruption. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve application processes and enhance user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience with API management and development using low-code platforms. - Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and monitoring tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and configuration issues. - Knowledge of security best practices in cloud application environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Manila office.
