Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for team reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - Strong understanding of financial application configuration and integration within cloud environments. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities. - Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues while maintaining system stability and performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - This position is based at our Manila office.
