Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective and compatible solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and application functionality. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing cloud-based financial applications to meet business needs. - Experience with integration techniques using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system integrity. - Familiarity with release management processes and version control in cloud environments. - Excellent understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements related to receivables and collections. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
