Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Document processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. - Experience with application configuration and customization. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for cloud applications. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
