Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met effectively. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and application functionality. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - Strong understanding of cloud application architecture and migration strategies. - Experience with integration tools and APIs to customize and extend packaged applications. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to accelerate development and configuration tasks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Knowledge of release management and version control practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - This position is based at our Manila office.
