Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools and low-code platforms to deliver effective and compatible solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and release cycles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures and integration techniques. - Experience with APIs and low-code/no-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities. - Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to packaged applications. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - This position is based at our Manila office.
