Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist: SAP HANA FIN FI, you will support SAP FIN Fi solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and provide trusted business advice. You will utilize your business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure solutions to meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of SAP FIN Fi and working with the latest technologies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Involve yourself in strategy and/or solution development and solution implementation to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.
- Implement Business Processes: Utilize business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Japanese Language Proficiency at N3 and above (N5 and N4 are also welcome to apply).
- SAP FIN FI Knowledge: Experience with SAP FIN FI solutions, including hands-on involvement in designing and configuring solutions to meet client requirements.
- Techno-Functional Expertise: Proven experience in a techno-functional role, enabling effective integration of packaged technology solutions to meet client expectations.
- Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes and industry knowledge, with the ability to apply this expertise to integrate packaged technology solutions.
- Solution Implementation: Experience participating in solution implementation, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions that align with client expectations.
- Industry Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and the ability to leverage this knowledge to support successful project delivery.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- SAP Industry Solutions Knowledge: Experience with SAP industry solutions, with the ability to design and configure solutions that meet client requirements across various industries.
- Advanced Techno-Functional Skills: Proven experience in advanced techno-functional roles, enabling effective integration of packaged technology solutions in complex environments while meeting client expectations.
- Business Process Optimization: Experience in business process optimization, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance the integration and effectiveness of packaged technology solutions.
