Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Talent Management, you will implement and support the Workday Talent Management module for clients, utilizing your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate the module into the client's business environment. You will deliver a tailored Talent Management solution that meets the client's unique needs and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning Implementation: Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring seamless integration into the client's business environment.
  • Conducting Fit Analyses: Conduct fit analyses to identify client requirements and configure the system to meet their needs.
  • Configuring the System: Configure the Workday Talent Management module to align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Resolving Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing timely and effective support.
  • Providing Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support as needed, ensuring the client's continued success with the Workday Talent Management solution.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday, with a focus on Talent Management.

  • Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and unit testing within HR modules.
  • Experience in resolving configuration and functional business issues across multiple Workday HR modules.
  • Ability to deliver tailored Talent Management solutions aligned with client-specific business objectives.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Workday Certification in Talent Management or related modules is required.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Packaged Solution Knowledge: Exposure to packaged solutions, utilizing consulting skills and business knowledge to integrate the Workday Talent Management module into the client's business environment.
  • HR Module Familiarity: Exposure to various HR modules, understanding their functionality and potential integration with the Workday Talent Management module.
  • System Testing Skills: Experience with unit testing, ensuring the Workday Talent Management module is properly configured and functions as intended.
