Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN CO, you will implement and configure SAP HANA FIN CO solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice.
You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Implement SAP HANA FIN CO Solutions: Design, configure, and implement SAP HANA FIN CO solutions that meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies to achieve client expectations.
- Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.
- Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure effective solutions that meet client needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Japanese Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above (candidates with N4 or N5 are also welcome to apply).
- SAP HANA FIN CO Implementation: Exposure to implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN CO solutions, with a focus on simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.
- Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience working with techno-functional solutions, leveraging domain knowledge and the latest technologies to meet client expectations.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Exposure to analyzing business requirements to design and configure effective SAP HANA FIN CO solutions that meet client needs.
- Solution Delivery: Experience contributing to end-to-end solution delivery, including developing and implementing solutions that meet client expectations.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to applying business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional expertise to support successful project delivery
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (day shift, mid shift, or night shift).
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Comprehensive Solution Development: Exposure to designing and implementing end-to-end solutions by leveraging domain knowledge and the latest technologies to meet client expectations, including the application of techno-functional expertise.
- Business Process Integration: Experience working with business processes and techno-functional expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and meet client requirements.
- Industry Knowledge Application: Exposure to applying business and industry knowledge to analyze business requirements, design and configure effective solutions, and support successful project delivery.
- JLPT certification preferred.
