Job Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets across the casino floor.
Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising servers, bartenders, and other food and beverage staff.
Monitor quality of service and product to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling labor and operational costs.
Conduct opening and closing duties, including shift reports and cash handling procedures.
Uphold casino policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and growth.

Qualifications

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Experience with cash drops, handling large volumes of transactions, and understanding casino audit procedures.
Ability to energize teams during long or late-night shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Awareness and sensitivity to the diverse clientele common in casino environments.
Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a dynamic, sometimes chaotic setting.
Understanding of casino security protocols and when to discreetly involve surveillance or security teams.
Ability to engage VIP guests and high rollers, providing personalized and discreet service.
Knows other languages like Chinese, Japanese and Korean is an advantage.
