You will be required to manage outbound follow-ups on pending estimates and sales conversion support functions, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
Managing outbound calls and communications to customers who have received service estimates, re-engaging potential clients, addressing enquiries, and converting estimates into confirmed service bookings.
This will require you to review estimate records in the CRM system, contact customers via phone or email, provide clarification on services or pricing, and coordinate scheduling once the estimate is approved.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review pending estimates and identify customers requiring follow-up.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on submitted estimates.
- Address customer questions regarding pricing, services, or timelines.
- Encourage estimate approvals and assist with booking service appointments.
- Update CRM records with follow-up outcomes and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm technician availability.
- Send follow-up emails or messages when required.
- Track estimate conversion progress and update lead status.
- Escalate complex or technical enquiries to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Provide backup sales support during high enquiry periods.
You will be responsible for improving estimate conversion rates, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring timely customer follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead follow-up roles.
- Previous experience in the automotive or flat glass industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with US customers or service-based businesses preferred.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of follow-up calls efficiently.
