The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Outbound Sales Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline through high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach. In this role, you will focus on top-of-funnel execution, targeting senior sales leadership at US-based mid-market and SMB companies. This is a hands-on outreach role using cutting-edge AI tools to scale personalized communication. For those who consistently hit their targets, there is a clear growth path to an Account Executive (AE) role within 3–6 months.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Execute high-volume daily cold calls (100–200+ dials per day) to VP of Sales, CRO, and Head of Sales-level prospects at US-based small to mid-market companies.
- Deliver a clear, aggressive, and concise pitch on every connection, hitting four key elements: who you are, why you are calling, the problem you solve, and the required action.
- Leave highly creative voicemails and execute relentless follow-up, understanding that up to 95% of initial calls will go to voicemail.
- Use the client's platform's agentic AI work companion to auto-generate and tailor emails to supplement your heavy phone outreach.
- Maintain CRM records:: log activities, update contact stages, add notes as needed.
- Perform quick LinkedIn verification of key prospects to ensure data accuracy before high-priority outreach.
- Coordinate daily with your manager via Slack to align on priorities, lead batches, and the meeting handoff process.
- Support basic reporting (daily activity summary, weekly pipeline + meeting set recap).
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience as an SDR/BDR/Appointment Setter supporting US-based clients.
- A persistent, high-volume cold-calling specialist, fully comfortable making 100–200+ dials daily as the primary outreach method and consistently driving results.
- Ability to quickly adjust and modify tone dynamically while on live calls to best match the buyer persona.
- Demonstrates very strong written and spoken English skills, with professional, concise, and persuasive business communication.
- Comfortable reaching out to and commanding the attention of senior buyer personas (CRO/VP/Head of Sales).
- Experience using AI or automation tools in the sales workflow.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and consistent daily execution.
- Comfortable participating in joint final-stage interviews directly with the client's President.
Success Metrics:
- Activity volume: 100 to 200 dials per day minimum, with top performers treating 300 to 400 calls as a game.
- Meetings booked: 15–20 qualified meetings/month once ramped. Must successfully book meetings within the first 30 days.
- Reply rates: 3%–8% overall reply rate on supplemental email efforts.
- Four core daily KPIs tracked: outreach volume, method of outreach, response rates, conversion to pipeline.

- Action-oriented and fast-moving, capable of adapting on the fly.
- Extremely resilient and does not get discouraged by continuous voicemail routing or rejection.
- Coachable and responsive to feedback; proactively asks questions when blocked.
- High integrity with compliant outreach habits (accurate representation, respectful messaging).
