Salary
- Php 25,000 to Php 30,000 monthly(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify highquality target accounts for outreach and prospecting.
- Develop wellresearched company profiles for midtolarge organizations.
- Validate decisionmakers and confirm organizational structures.
- Navigate gatekeepers to reach appropriate contacts for outbound engagement.
- Support email marketing tasks and maintain accurate data entry.
- Utilize scripts and structured templates for outreach and research consistency.
- Contribute to generating new business opportunities for the FWS DM team.

- Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills for professional B2B interactions.
- Required: Proven experience in B2B lead generation or outbound calling, including appointment setting.
- Required: Ability to navigate gatekeepers and reach decisionmakers effectively.
- Required: Strong listening and interpersonal skills for accurate prospect conversations.
- Required: High attention to detail, especially when preparing research profiles and entering data.
- Preferred: Experience with email marketing tools or outreach workflows.
- Preferred: Comfort working with structured scripts and predefined research templates.
