Job Description

Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: 5 P. Rodriguez St, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM 8:00 AM (PH local time)

Rate: Php 15,000 with 5,000 allowance (Uncapped commission)

Job Overview

At Level Up Talent, we are seeking a Lean-Pro Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive, persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for guiding customers, selling products or services, and contributing to our client's growth by ensuring excellent customer experiences and achieving sales targets. You'll be an integral part of our mission-driven team, supporting business growth through direct sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell products/services, nurturing leads and driving sales
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure continued interest and engagement
  • Tailor conversations to meet customer needs, ensuring personalized service and recommendations
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns and questions promptly
  • Adhere to ethical sales practices, company policies, and quality standards, avoiding misleading claims
  • Collaborate with other departments to refer customer needs and inquiries as appropriate
  • Work towards and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a Business-related field
  • High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice-based)
  • Prior sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO)
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and meet sales quotas consistently
  • Strong communication and behavioral competencies with a professional demeanor
  • Goal-driven and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cold calling/warm calling and sales techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with sales tools and techniques that enhance performance
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a proven sales track record
