Sales Leopard is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a US-based organization. This role is focused on outbound cold calling to business owners and senior decision-makers, with the primary objective of booking qualified discovery calls.

This is a performance-driven, professional sales role designed for individuals who are confident on the phone and comfortable engaging executives in structured business conversations.

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound calls to introduce Business Coaching services to US-based business owners and executives. The role requires strong communication skills, discipline in execution, and the ability to handle objections professionally while working toward clearly defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US business owners and executives
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for senior sales or coaching staff
  • Handle objections and maintain productive conversations under time constraints
  • Accurately log call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Execute follow-up through email or LinkedIn as required
  • Adhere to daily activity metrics and performance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong spoken English with professional business communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes consistently
  • Experience using CRMs and outbound sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo)
  • Ability to work US business hours (night shift in the Philippines)
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Experience selling Business Coaching, Consulting, or B2B Services is preferred but not required.
