Outbound Growth Specialist (Global Markets)

We're expanding globally and are looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist to help build our international sales pipeline.

As an Outbound Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, executing outbound prospecting campaigns, and generating qualified meetings for our Business Development team.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, prospecting, and opening conversations with decision-makers across global markets.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns
• Identify and research high-value target companies
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
• Personalize outreach to decision-makers and enterprise prospects
• Book discovery meetings for the Business Development team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect databases
• Continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to optimize pipeline generation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, SDR, BDR, or similar roles
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Experience selling to international markets is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in creative agencies, digital marketing, events, and technology
• Familiarity with AI tools that improve sales productivity
• Experience with cold email automation platforms
