BoostOps Global LLC is hiring an Outbound SDR who can hunt leads, call decision-makers, and book discovery calls that actually show up. You will also handle light marketing follow-up.
Markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia
Niches: Roofing, Real Estate, Law Firms
Compensation:
- PHP 40,000/month base
- Paid bi-weekly: every 15th and last day of the month
- PHP 5,500 commission per signed client, no limit
- Commission is paid only after the first invoice is paid (money collected)
KPI:
- Minimum 2 qualified discovery calls per week booked on the BoostOps CEO calendar
- A call only counts when the prospect shows up to the meeting
What you will do (Sales):
- Find qualified leads (wherever you can find them)
- Build lead lists with accurate contact details and notes
- Make outbound calls daily using our dialer (calls are recorded)
- Lead conversations, identify pain points, qualify fast
- Book discovery calls and make sure prospects show up
- Log outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM
What you will do (Light Marketing):
- Send follow-up emails with our flyer and landing page link
- Write short outbound copy for follow-ups, reminders, reschedules
- Suggest messaging improvements based on real call feedback
- Track basics: reply rate, booked calls, show-up rate
- LinkedIn Outreach
Requirements:
- Proven outbound lead gen and cold calling experience
- Fluent English (you will speak with business owners in US, CA, UK, AU)
- Confident phone presence, you can lead the call
- You understand business pain points and how a VA solves them
- Familiar with Alex Hormozi, Tony Robbins, and similar
- Self-managed, consistent, accountable
