- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through research and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Angeles City during night shift hours.
